We like to make pictures in your t-shirts
“I've attached a few photos of your t-shirts in use. One is of my wife Stephanie and the kids on the St. Anthony's podium in St. Petersburg, with my daughter sporting your shirt with world #1 ranked Hunter Kemper. One is of Ashley, Robbie and Tommy doing some cross-training with a fishing pole. One is of my son Robbie atop the 2006 Ironkids podium with pro Sarah McLarty. (Robbie went on to win the USAT Grand Prix National Championship in 2006, and wore your shirts the entire National Championship weekend in Wisconsin)
I'm sure if I dig around I can find more pictures - they wear the shirts whenever they're clean.”

You made quite an impression on my whole family
“Mr. Forrest,
… yesterday in Clay County, NC you made quite an impression on my whole family. First when you spoke to the adults during the weather delay of the adult race, but much more importantly and meaningful was your genuine caring and compassion for my six year old daughter Caroline, who unfortunately had the blown tube moments before her race. It proved once again what I have always known about the group of folks that carry on the legacy of what you and your buddies
started over thirty years ago, and that is one of respect and caring for all the athletes.
From the time her tube blew there were so many people that were trying to help in any way they could and when she was not able
to complete the entire event it was heartwarming to see how much people cared to try and console her. She has shown me something as well. With the disappointment she was feeling it would have been easy to just quit, but she insisted on doing the swim and the run, even though she knew it be for nothing but pride.
You told her yesterday she had heart and my wife and I told her and her two brothers how important that was all the way back to Anderson, SC yesterday afternoon. I wish you could have seen the smile she had on her face this morning as she was proudly wearing her Try-A-Tri shirt that was given to her by one of the patriarchs of this sport.
Thanks again for all you do and most especially for making a little girl feel great about herself.
Sincerely,
Fred T.

Your customer service is amazing and you have made a loyal customer of me
“ I received my shirt this weekend along with your amazing letter and the $5 bill. I cannot tell you how moved I was by your gesture though it was completely unnecessary. …. the fact that you remembered me and got me the right size shirt was impressive in itself. …. Last month’s triathlon at Guntersville Lake was my first ever (but not my last!) and I feel like I cleared a hurdle that day. ….
Your customer service is amazing and you have made a loyal customer of me. ….
Jerry F.
P.S. Your $5 bill is now my bookmark and it will remind me daily to never give up.”
